He received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute and worked in New York City for a number of years before returning to Portland to start a family. He worked at SERA Architects and FFA Architects before starting his own firm in 2002. When not practicing architecture, Brett loves to be outdoors: skiing, running, racing vintage motocross, camping and hiking.
