This remodel and second story addition transforms a mid-century ranch house to a three level modern home. The new second floor provides large areas of glass to capture views of downtown and Mount Hood. The new three-story steel and wood stairway connects all levels and establishes a vocabulary language of modern materials contrasting with natural wood finishes, providing a warm modern environment.
