The building will be home to approximately 7-8 tenant spaces, all of which will be  neighborhood-friendly entrepreneurs and small businesses.  The three anchor tenants are a Community Supported Kitchen from Stacey Givens, a brick and mortar restaurant for Chef Maya Lovelace and a new location for the fabric store Bolt, currently located in the Alberta Arts District. Due its community-oriented program, Jane Dough promises to be an important pioneer in maintaining Cully's character and ensuring development along 42nd Ave. will maintain a main-street focus.
