POKE HOUSE

Poke House, a national eatery known for their fresh aesthetic and even fresher food, partnered with us to open their first location in Oregon! Formerly a medical clinic, this project required a complete interior gut remodel to reimagine the space into an airy and bright restaurant. Warm bright neutrals, organic materials, and a poke-themed pinkish palette work together to make this restaurant shine. The project includes a commercial kitchen, order counter showcasing Poke House’s fresh food, dining area and counter seating, and an all-out-tropical restroom.
