THE TWO THIRDS PROJECT
The Two Thirds project is a mixed use urban infill project, rethought horizontally. Retail uses face the street, office in the middle and residential lofts in the rear, facing a greenspace. It is a part of the transformation of the St. John's neighborhood and is organized around a series of interior alleys and courtyards.
