Continuing with the Holland and Henry lineage we are happy to announce the evolution from townhouse, to minimally attached homes, to fully detached cottage clusters is complete! This project highlights our ability to continue to adapt a unit plan to continue to push forward with the changes to Portland’s zoning code as well as make refinements based on client and market feedback. These units went through the Middle Housing Land Division and are on their own lots, no condo or HOAs here!
